How to renew your Club Permit Online
Step 1
Receive your new Vicroads Log Book in the mail.
Step 2
Enter your details in the Club Plate Renewal Form on this page, we will then receive those details, fill out a Club Permit Endorsement Form and email it back to you signed.
Step 3
Log in to you Vicroads Online account, find your vehicle you wish to renew your permit, follow the prompts and upload your Club Permit Endorsement Form provided by us digitally as well as a scanned copy of your Vicroads Club Permit page signed by yourself.
Step 4
Vicroads will assess your forms and send you a confirmation email in a couple of days once they have processed your renewal.
IMPORTANT!
If you use this method of renewal it means your club permit book will not have our signature on it, and thus you will be required to carry the Club Permit Endorsement Form with your log book as proof of membership to authorities.
